Marine Radio (SRC)
This is a one day course, covered by either a full day or four sessions of two hours, offering the delegate the RYA Certificate of Competency for Marine radio usage.
This course is for everyone who is in operation of a fixed or hand-held marine VHF radio and will provide the candidate with knowledge of radio practice and procedures, along with hands on use of training radios. The course covers all the RYA syllabus and will enable the delegate to become a competent communicator in VHF procedures.
This course is offered as a DSC Certificate (Digital Selective Calling).
No previous experience is necessary.
