This is a course that focuses on life support for babies - those under 1 year old.  The course is in the form of a two-hour workshop and covers the following topics:

• Rescue breathing

• CPR

• Choking

We run the course on the first Tuesday of every month in Portland although if it is easier for you, and you have a group of people who would like to attend, we may be able to come to you.  For more information on where and when courses are running, please click here.

Basic Life Support Courses for Adults

The course that we run is aimed solely at babies (those under 1 year old).  A similar scheme is also in operation which focuses on adults.  This scheme is called Heartstart Weymouth and is run by Weymouth Canoe Lifeguards, an organisation we work closely with.
